Chicken Salad Chick of Valdosta, 3219 B North Oak Street

I love the concept of chicken salad being the focus. There are so many burger, chicken and fast food joints – this restaurant is a breath of fresh air. Pretty healthy and you don’t have to get it on bread, you can get a scoop if your little heart desires. I love this place!  Finally found a place that does chicken salad the right way!! They have so many varieties and you can even sample each one before you make your selection. I ordered the chick trio and loved it! The sassy sandwich is also delicious!

Kreamkles Rolled Ice Cream, 121A North Patterson

If you’re looking for a cool, sweet treat on a hot summer’s day, Kreamicles Rolled Ice Cream is the best spot in town. This small gem in downtown Valdosta, Georgia, boasts endless flavor combinations of craft ice cream, as well as a variety of salads, wraps, quesadillas. The shop prioritizes small, carefully crafted batches, local ingredients, and unique flavor combinations that are sure to surprise and delight.

Thirst-Quenching Drinks

When things heat up in South Georgia, sometimes the only course of action is to cool down with an ice-cold drink. From our local craft brewery to craft cocktails, Valdosta has a little something to offer everyone!

Georgia Beer Company, 109 S Briggs St.

Georgia Beer Company in Valdosta, Georgia is a brewery and taproom specializing in seasonal ales, stouts and IPAs using local ingredients. While you can pick Georgia Beer creations in most grocery and liquor stores in the area, the tap room is an excellent way to get the good stuff straight from the source. If you’re a dedicated fan, you can also buy six packs,  gear, and more.  Their beers are brewed true to traditional style, but with as many Georgia-grown ingredients as they can get their hands on.

Kona Ice Truck

The coolest shaved ice truck in town.  We’re a one-of-a-kind, gourmet shaved ice experience.    Kona Ice snow-cones have 40% less sugar than a regular snow-cone and are sweetened with all-natural Stevia? That’s right, a NATURALLY tasty snow-cone with vitamin C & D.  One of my favorite things about the Kona Ice truck was that they specialize in adult shaved ice. Think much more sophisticated snow cones. They had really fun grown-up flavors like Blackberry Mojito and Coconut Lime that everyone was excited to try.

The Pour House
